Regional Seminar for OIE National Focal Points on Animal Production Food Safety

2012年10月31日-11月2日、フードサイエンス棟中島ホールにて、Regional Seminar for OIE National Focal Points on Animal Production Food Safetyが開催されました。

国際獣疫事務局（OIE）は1924年にパリで発足した世界の動物衛生の向上を目的とする政府間機関で、動物衛生や人獣共通感染症に関する国際基準の作成などを行っています。食の安全研究センターはOIEのCollaborating Centreとなっており、アジアのOIE加盟国に対し積極的に情報提供や技術支援をしていく役割を担っています。

本セミナーでは、センター兼任教員の眞鍋昇教授（”Management of food safety risk – how to manage food safety risks caused by contamination from radioactive substances”）と細野ひろみ准教授（”Consumer concerns about animal-derived food safety following the nuclear power plant accident”）も発表されました。
